Speed I'm getting tonight is only 4.6mbps :( latency is fine, but Speed is not where if should be
 
A little late perhaps, but thanks for the extra bandwidth AH!!! :D

I was a little bleak though because I just topped up yesterday :cry:
 
So my latency is really bad. I sent a tracert through to support.

They have synced the line at 3megs but this hasnt helped at all - latency actually worse today.

The reason I post here is that I simply cant get on the AH site again ....

May I ask you to check with them and to resync the line at 4Mbps and relook the latency issue.

I am sure you have my account details from my user name?

Afrihost Plus? Or one of the benefits from that? Free Simfy for however many months? I dunno. I don't work for your marketing department ;)

I agree with PurSpyk. Ever since pre-afrigreen a lot of the guys who stuck around were uncapped clients. When everything went tits up, some of the people were uncapped peeps. Now again with the new added goodies, the uncapped peeps get left out. Everytime it is brought up we hear "oh its coming, you will see".

So yeah, it would be great to receive some kind of incentive or reward like the capped users.

Loyalty is never rewarded, and I agree, "its coming" has been coming too long.

I do understand where you're coming from, the intention here isn't to exclude/ alienate any of our clients.
Mystery Bonuses have been around way before Afrigreen though, it's something we've been doing for years. If there was a quick way to reward our Uncapped clients we would.

It might not be your intention, but you are alienating customers.
 
My (steam) downloads are a bit sloppy, just look at the graph.

Never mind, I changed my Steam download location to London and its at full speed, SA server must be under too much load.
