Meh I hope not, that's going to be a struggle to get sorted quick. But I will lay a dispute if it takes long to resolve in terms of payments for non working internet

My Line is dead sins 2016-03-31 13:30 !!!!:mad:

Phone Line working Perfectly, but ADSL dead, no sync at all...

Called Afrihost on 2016-03-31 to Log the Fault and the guy said he can see something wrong at exchange, but still not working. Dont even get a report from them if i email for update. Get only a Ticket ID and thats it (3-4 emails already).

Called Telkom Self this morning and all they can say is technition is busy with it.
Day is gone now and still got nothing working..
So more than 4 days no internet.. cant work.. can do nothing.. no reports.. no reply..

At this point i wonder if my ADSL line is gone come back on??
And this is what I get for Paying Business Account..

These disconnects every few hours the last few days are starting to get really annoying. Had more than a few complaints about online gaming issues in the household.
 
Hounding them does not work..
Like i said... only getting a Ticked ID if i email Afrihost support..
Only news i got is today by calling Telkom ..
Tomorrow I will call the Technical Manager at Telkom..
I am totally pissed..:mad:
 
My line is not with Afrihost, but I'm hoping AH can do a port reset so that I can see if anything might wake up the internet

This guy I talked to on 2016-03-31 (Called Afrihost) tryed to do port rest for me 2... but he said he could not even access the exhange DSLAM.. so had to Log fault to Telkom..

No, did not pm here Telkomza

But was on the Phone like 3 times today with Telkom to get a report and so on..
So, tomorrow I want results.. Got Telkom Technical Manager nr.. gonna call him straight and give him the news.
More than 4 days DEAD !! I want my Line fixed now!!

That sounds terrible! :( Please drop me a PM with your account username and any open ticket references and I'll do my best to follow up. :)

Disconnects could also be line related. :( Please PM me your deets and I'll check it out! :)
 
My connection died again. Switched to my backup ISPAfrika account. If my connection goes out again then I'll know that something is wrong with the line.
