Can you restart your modem quickly and then test to see if there is any improvement in the performance.

Latency to Google is crazy high. This was taken after a reboot and I checked with a trace route app on my phone:

During the last few evenings, even when the connection was up on Afrihost it felt like crap due to the latency. I'm all out of backup accounts so I'm hoping the Google DNS will make the needed difference.
