Cannot access clientzone or websites on the shared server either.
What is causing the issue ?

Sincerely sorry about this :( Our team are aware and working on the issue - seems like Gallo Manor seems to be affected.
 
Getting these errors:

CZ: HTTP 429 Too Many Requests - Please try again in a minute.
My sites: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Even the IOS app does not load.

We're seeing hosting errors on our end, sorry about that.
Our team are aware and working on a fix.

I logged a support ticket this morning and haven't had any feedback yet, can I PM you the details to follow up please?
 
Anyone know why this would be happening: every now and then my throughput will just drop and then come back again. Looking at my session logs on CZ, everytime these drops occur my current session is ended and a new session is started. Any ideas?
AH - any help on this?
