Facebook working like a bomb now... What did you do?

Facebook still slow for me. Images not loading and videos buffer. YouTube on the other hand full steam ahead, maxing out my line no problems.

With all p2p files. I load multiple files in order to saturate my line. Before 7 all good. Sometime after 7/8 pm.......does not preform well. Usually stabilises some time around 10.

EDIT: whatever tweaks you guys are rolling out seem to be having a very negative effect on international speeds that I am experiencing.

EDIT: seems a bit more stable......holding thumbs.

And back to dismal international speeds.

This has been ongoing for the last week or two, I am paying my full subscription every month, I can understand things break or go wrong. But why is it taking so long to correct. 2 or 3 days sure, but a week? I am highly frustrated here. To be fair, Afrihost down played the MTN network problems for months. So how can we trust anything communicated to us? I am not trying to be a a$$ nor reductive.

Fully understand the frustrations, and I'm really sorry about the glitches are of late.
Saying that though, not everyone is affected - and our network team are making proactive improvements and changes to get this sorted out.

I know that it's a pain, but we need to track the feedback properly and see what's working and what isn't. We've learnt from previous exercises that fixing something and seeing it as fixed only from our tests doesn't work - so we need tests and data from you guys. This has been the battle plan since the POC launched and we're seeing good results from that aspect.

So I know it's really annoying, but please posts some test data for us to look at. We're around every night, otherwise you can also submit a Support ticket to consolidate the findings. I'm afraid it's near impossible to have our Network guys look at something going off "Facebook is slow"

Browsing perfect, NZB perfect, just torrents were completely dead. I mean not 1 kb/s. Left them to run and in the morning they were running at normal speed.
