Yes I am. Yes they are looking into the issue.

But my point - my issue is pretty much exactly the same as most (if not all) those complaining here. Although I am with Critical Care - I watch this thread very closely for comparison.
 
AG price of 10mbps uncapped please. Ask Gian to rethink that one :) i dont believe there should be that small a gap between the 10 and 20mbps premium uncapped account. Im saying this because i might downgrade my line to a 10mbps line and go for the premium uncapped package. I know you guys are kind of seperate, but Axxess is at R495 :(

Besides, i dont know what to do anymore with this line. The speeds im getting is crazy due to the exchange issues. But maybe a downgrade is financially a better move

Over 400GBs and thats just streaming. 4 people in the house. Im on a 200 + 200 afriplus package. Hence the reason i might drop into a premium uncapped package as my understanding of this package is that streaming is in any case prioritised. However, the price of the 10mbps is only something like R180 less than the 20mbps, but almost R500 more than the 4mbps package. That is a pricing mis match imo.

I would almost always recommend staying on an Capped account, especially if you don't have to top-up too often. The price of the actual line is a larger influence on the prices than the data.
 
2 or so weeks ago if I recall correctly on the 13th I changed my line speed to 8 MB after my SNR on 10 MB was quite bad and I was anyway only syncing at 8 MB. After the change my line still comfortably synced at 8 MB for a week or so, but the last few days I realized that my line is now only syncing at 7 MB. Do you think it's ASSIA starting to mess me around?

P.S. AfriGenie, this is totally unrelated to my speed issue which you and Telkom are busy sorting, it's simply a observation on my modem sync speed.
