Afrihost not responding at all

Hi all,

I'm having trouble with my Afrihost fibre,

I signed up for a package almost a month ago after being fed up with Rain being flaky.


I haven't received any comms at all from Afrihost regarding what the blocker is. When I called Octotel, they said it was blocked of Afrihost side.


Is this common from Afrihost? Have I made a mistake?
