Afrihost Not Working?

I'm currently using my Cybersmart account.

When I switch over to my Afrihost account, it doesn't work. I just checked and I still have about half of my cap left (from 5GB's).

Any idea why it doesn't work?

VPI (8/35), Username+Password, etc. are all fine.

I switched to a new router as my old one was victimised by lightning. My new router is a Speedstream router.

I am using my account right now and it seems to be working.

Maybe your DNS servers? You should be retrieving them from the isp - i.e. the DNS servers shouldn't be hard coded into either your PC's connection or the router.

Mine is working as we speak but it feels a bit sluggish even for 384. Then again, I am downloading (torrent) at about 20KB/s

That did it!

I just had to tick off the 'Self' option under the DNS settings and it worked.
