I can't give you a timeline - we work through feedback as it's available. Let's just give it some time to settle in.

It's gotten progressively worse throughout today. Will give it till tomorrow maybe and see if things improve at all. Else probably just switch back to my original account.
 
I am not holding much hope here with the new network, it seems to be getting worse than better just like their MTN accounts. I know it is early days, but Afrihost has no problems debiting my account.

You're more than welcome to switch back to your older account for now.

As you've said though, it is early days. I know you've been burnt a bit previously, but the network is new - we're turning over a new leaf, so should you :)
 
the dreaded 18.8% Download/ 6.25% P2P :( on afrigreen

And the speed tests are getting worse

I know we've been doing a bunch of tweaks for YouTube specifically. Would you mind pasting up some stats for nerds here or submitting feedback via ClientZone so we have more data to work with?

So my internet is slower, can I revert back please?, I was getting 7.5 - 7.8 on the old network, Also latency to Cape Town where I live is more than JHB?

I am also struggling to run youtube at 240p :(

Not sure what's going on with those JHB results, I ran the test several times with the same result.
