Any idea when the next batch of details are being released?
I'm really not sure, it's being done randomly.
You should get them pretty soon though.

Oh okay - so today at least? Was thinking maybe only tomorrow.
So if AfriBlue is not up and running yet, and still needs to be tested, we are most likely looking at a month or two of inconsistent service? If the network not is sorted out by the 24th I am guessing it would be better to just cancel, I can't put up with this mess for much longer. I have now reached breaking point.

Exactly my point....
Once again.....it seems that Afrihost want people to cancel to get their network stable because even the new network is not great...and AfriBlue is still a long way to go....it seems
And I still havent received my test account details....
As I've mentioned earlier on in the thread, it's pretty much impossible to start an IPC with 0 issues. There's tweaking involved, and lots of it. So realistically, yes, there will be bumps in the beginning. But it's getting better, it just needs some time to be used to it's full potential. Not sure our goal is to have clients cancel, that't the lsat thing we want.
I'm sure you'll receive the details sooner rather than later. Have you checked ClientZone to see if the account hasn't been added there yet?
Yes, I have checked ClientZone. There is nothing

Comments:
The afrigreen has not improved anything except the latency ping. download is up and down, upload is very low compared to afrihost.co.za. Hulu+ couln't even play without stopping for errors. buffering all over youtube. It is just worst than the previous bad afrihost.co.za
