That routing does look a bit convoluted, maybe there is a European-based mirror for the site available. Could you submit this traceroute via the Report Issue button for your AfriGreen account please.

Sooooo. My Afrigreen account is literally dead. DNS errors. Anyone else?

EDIT: As of 5:19PM. It's back up.

Was put on maximum shaping today and internet crawled to a near halt. Practically unusable. Normally afrihost is still usable when shaped and it shaping mostly affects torrents. However this doesn't seem to be the case with afrigreen.

For the moment our shaping on AfriGreen will be implemented almost identically to the regular AfriHost accounts. There have been instances over the past few hours where your AfriGreen account connection would not have been at ideal levels. But at the moment you should be seeing decent throughput and access speeds.

Afrigreen account just died again. I'm back on my standard account.

Well the guy isn't seeing decent throughput and access speeds, hence his reason for bringing it your attention. So telling him what he should be seeing doesn't exactly help to sort out the problem he is having. Don't tell me what I should be getting - give me what I should be getting.
 
My busniess 4Mb uncapped Afrigreen is completely dead.
Doesnt even load webpages.

Afrihost normal working fine.
 
My Afrigreen running like a champ. Way way better than what I was getting on my normal account.
 
Could everyone with AfriGreen accounts that have reduced throughput restart their modems with the AfriGreen details and advise me if there is any change in terms of speed.

Nothing has changed. Still extremely slow. PAges were loading so slow in fact that I could see them without their CSS for quite a while before I just closed the page.

I can't even do a speed test with the Afrigreen account. Latency Test Error. I tried twice.

Just trying to post this reply I got Error Connection Timeout. Hence the double post I just deleted.
