Hey guys

Most tweaks should be completed.
Sorry, wasn't meant to drop connections today during tests, we ran various software updates on the equipment which caused the drops. We're monitoring closely, but the worst should be over now.

AfriGenie is taking things over :)

Can someone of Afrihost actually resolve my issue!!!!!!!! I HAVE HAD SLOW SPEEDS SINCE LAST NIGHT - APPARENTLY I AM ON THIS GREEN ACCOUNT - AND IT UTTERLY USELESS!!!!!! I can't watch youtube, download, open FB or anythign!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please fix my line IMMEDIATELY!! And you better not charge me for July - I have had nothing but fcking trouble this whole month!! and nobody is replying to my support tickets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what the HELL is going on over there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I'm guessing your connection isn't?

What do your speeds look like at the moment?

Speed??? Is that a trick question?? there is NO internet - as in cannot even download or load facebook or work emails!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm also going to get my money back for July. This thread and Gian's are all the proof I need.

Yeah, past two days on Afrigreen have been touch and go. But as of right now. It's dead...

Leave your router off for 30 min, then turn it back on, also do a dns flush.

Windows key + R, type CMD, then in the black box type ipconfig /flushdns and hit enter.

Done it all. It's like I have no internet. I cannot even download a series - I am really super frustrated :( This has been going on for the whole month. I am going to cancel if they don't fix my internet right now. I don't care if they have to go pink purple or blue, I want my internet working.

Still dead.

My HTTP downloads are running at full speed, not sure why yours are buggered.

I loaded Windows 10 on my NUC, but stuffed. I need drivers to get most of the devices working with the NUC. Internet is dead in the water. So I hope that things will get better soon.

Seems one of the updates that we had to do didn't complete properly, we're reverting now on our end. Sorry again about this guys.
