We will resolve the issue ASAP, but please remove that name immediately, it definitely isn't cool to name an agent in a post like that.

Your service has become appalling, PS I am still waiting for feedback on the MTN problem with the IPC in my area, been well over a year?

AfriMan will Edit the post to remove the name now.

If you ever have concerns regarding a Support Agent, or an issue that you felt hasn't been dealt with correctly, rather let us know via PM, naming and shaming our Support Agents isn't going to help with getting the issue addressed.

If I remember correctly the issue was with some of the networking gear on the Exchange itself, but I'll need to catch up with the Critical Care Team on this. Are you still seeing the same thing happening with your AfriGreen account?

AfriGreen has not worked at all for over 2 weeks, won't authenticate or is just dog slow.
I gave up on AfriGreen a long time ago, sticking to MTN for now.
Everything I have reported via ClientZone regarding AfriGreen has not been taken seriously.

I get one of two response "We can not replicate this issue, please check your equipment" or "We do not see any problems at present"
Why I even bothered testing AfriGreen when no one cares what I have to say?

I have been very patient and understanding spending thousands or rand's every month up until today.

That's not good to hear at all. I've replied to your PM, we definitely need to look into why your AfriGreen account isn't working as it should be.
 
Youtube appears to have been problematic last night, but my speedtests and Google Play updates were running okay.

Are you using the default AfriGreen DNS? Can you please send me a PM with your AfriGreen username, I want to ask our Team to check up on it.
So any feedback?

Thanks for posting the results, we're seeing similar performance issues with a few other Users, our Team is looking into what is happening with AfriGreen.
 
Overcharged since Afrigreen was released

Hi All

I checked my bill this month and found that I had been charged R546 on my Afrihost 2 meg business bundled line. On the website it clearly states R497 inc vat. I then checked the August month and the exact same issue occurred.

Just heads up since this afrigreen was released there might be more customers whose bundled lines have somehow become unbundled and incorrectly billed.

Very curious indeed... Our Team is looking into this now. Do you perhaps know which Team Speak servers you were using?

If you mean who is hosting the Teamspeak server, that would be Gameservers

Ive hosted a personal Counter Strike server and it has right now got between 7 - 10% loss. The server IP is: 41.222.38.4 port 27022

That definitely shouldn't be the case, all Afrigreen accounts are setup and billed as R0.
Have you checked if your data and line are bundled?
