* Browsing is fine with pages loading quickly.
* YouTube Video Streaming is flawless and load without buffering. Connection speed is also excellent.

* Latency (local and international ping times) - Latency ranges from 42 to 46ms locally and internationally.

Not bad at all!

The problem with that is, normal Afrihost Business Account has its own issues.

HTTPS downloads are slow. And there appears to be some issues of browsing while downloading too.

I think it's clear the issues are there, we aren't denying there aren't any.
But we need to move forward from that, and look forward to setting up a great production network based off Afrigreen. More updates around that will be posted once progress has been made.

That is what I am doing. I just gave you the speedtest so long.

Please try and keep the results to one post, pasting results across multiple posts, especially when the thread is this busy makes it hard to get everything in oneplace.

Updates (Windows)

Comments

* Windows Updates completed very quickly. Monitored network activity while downloading a Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3093266) and it ran at line speed.

I see we were not allocated any free afrigreen data this month so I guess my testing is over after all.
Time to start using some of the 300+ gigabytes I have accumulated on vox.
I will have to use the 1GB account to test towards the month end, till then, Cheers all, It has been fun.

Everything's been going just peachy for me on Afrigreen for the last month or so. No issues at all with Netflix and Hulu streaming, and the few torrents I did download came down quite fast. Web browsing, email and other services performed just fine as well. Well done.

No windows updates for me to run but that usually runs decently at 3,4 mbps during the day but really really crappy at night.

The results aren't looking bad at all here. Interesting to see what happens later though due to congestion in your area.
