The results you've posted here seem a bit more extreme from what's been posted before by others.
Is the same amount of latency there when using your regular account?
@Afriguy
Once of your salesman once said something about "if a business account goes down that they could see if they could work out refunds for those days of none service"
Just how bad does AH/AG have to get before we start getting refunded, cause today again, I can barely use my net and before I start swearing at the representative I am dealing with right now ... ... I figured I would ask
:::EDIT:::
I for one am tired of paying a premium just to get screwed over monthly

But as I have said, these are intermittent and occurs frequently where I will have bouts of pretty much no internet connectivity as the latency is so bad and the speed of the line drops to nothing. Currently it is actually loading pages but for a capped unshaped account to have had this issue for the last few months is a bit rashing. Especially if you enjoy playing games online.
Things are looking much better this this morning, I can actually login into Facebook. And TeamViewer has not dropped yet today. Seems the POC turns into a pumpkin at 6 every night. Have not run any P2P traffic yet today.

slytuna, whereabouts do you live? I get the exact same experience.
Sent through a couple of tracerts, but have not heard anything and the experience is ongoing.
Any billing disputes need to be done via our Accounts team directly.
No help at all, the accounts person did give out Gian's email saying I should email him.
Am I allowed to post his email here, maybe if we all spam the hell out of him, we could get some real answers
:::EDIT:::
Obviously I am not allowed but it's an enticing option
There needs to be a clear distinction between what is posted on a public forum and either a PM or email. Some conversations are private.
I also feel that wanting to spam Gian's mailbox only hinders everyone else trying to get help via that channel. I'm sorry you aren't happy with your account - but wanting to post email threads/ spam a mailbox really isn't a good approach.
I know this, which is why I never posted and still said I know I am not allowed.
But find me 1 CEO that cares about 1 email compared to half his user base emailing him about poor service. That was my thinking.
Either way I won't be emailing Gian just to get an automated response.
Im surprised you took so long
Gian replies to every mail that reaches him, so it's probably best to mail him and see what the response is. I'm pretty sure it'll be more than an auto response.
Do you see similar latency results?
