Afrihost POP password's keep changing

Anyone had this issue before? One POP Mailbox account password out of +/- 20 keeps changing. Have to log into the clientzone and reset it regularly.

They are using SBS2011 Exchange POP connector to get their email so the user doesnt actually see the errors as they get internal mail

Any thoughts?
