I installed COD to see if I can replicate the issue but this morning it seemed fine. Does it happen only during the evening peak? Is everyone using the standard Afrihost DNS because I see there are a bunch of Akamai IP's when opening Call of Dury which suggests traffic might be from Akamai and I see our cache servers being used.

Does Ipv4 and Ipv6 make any difference?

Morning, IP versions does not make a difference, I tested this before.

I'm using your DNS yes.

Okay, thanks. I'm going to try to replicate the issue so I can see what IP's and DNS requests come up and see what could be causing the issue but I have my suspicion on Akamai.

They're also a bit cheaper than Afrihost.
My cope for the R999 is this, 400/400 with Afrihost is R997pm, with WebAfrica it's R849pm.
After 7 months with WebAfrica, you've already saved more than R999 with the cheaper price, and will continue to save money.

What Afrihost excels at is that it has much better support. Should you ever have an issue with WebAfrica (I've had 2-3 issues with them in almost 2 years), good luck getting it fixed within a week.
Afrihost's support is near instant, and the support okes here actually listen if you're more technically-inclined. They don't waste time going through the basic steps.

It might also be worth testing from a cgnat vs non-cgnat ip if possible.
I remember having that issue last year on cisp while my cod port was forwarded, the moment I closed the port it started working again.

Okay, will give it a shot. So far from the office link on a static public IP I could not replicate the issue on a laptop or ps5.

It’s congestion with the FNO during evenings not Afrihosts fault log a ticket to sort out with FNO like Vuma or Openserve etc
