Latency has improved to normal levels. Although, I've had 3 line drops since:FrogFoot tier 3 is investigating.
I can see a significant bump in traffic on the NNI in CPT now.

This is the latest response to the ticket/requests to get this damn service installed:
This is after sending them numerous documents showing the address, including my bloody lease agreement. It's now February 2024 and I have recieved NO FEEDBACK whatsoever.
Hi.Just doing my post speed upgrade homework to see what deals are looking like.
I see the prices for FF on website haven't been updated yet, do you know when they will be? @Afrigirl
I have logged a missing premise ticket with Vuma. We should have feedback within 48 hours.I signed up on the 26th November 2023

Hi.
It will be updated, during the course of the day.
@Afrigirl I suspect Frogfoot did their thing, but seems like the speed profile hasn't been updated yet (Afrihost side), when will this be taking place (if you know)?
Speed increases for existing clients will happen during February and price increases will happen on 01 March 2024.
We still have to match clientzone profiles to the newly allocated speeds.
For new sign-ups, the new speeds will be available from the 1st of Feb and for existing clients, all changes should be effective by the 1st of March.
The 240/240 pricing very tempting, but getting a free static IP at the moment which it nice.@DStvNothingOn

I had read it as a permanent speed increase, but now seeing your message and re-reading the email, I'm confused as it very well could read as a February only increase.Regarding the whole FNO thing, the email seems vague - because the people i have spoken to all think it said different things:
a) Line speed upgrade is temporary (just for FEB) to offset the impact of the price increase
b) Line speed upgrade is permanent and you just paying a little more.
