Any known issues today? I am having issues with video streams and Teams calls, too.

There are no known issues, you may share trace route results. Who is your fibre network provider?

Your hop to the router is incredibly high, this looks more related to your network - have you tried connecting with Ethernet to the router?
 
Thanks all for the help. I ran the speed test on my phone and the results were much better. So I realised that it could just be my machine. Lo and behold, a reboot to the machine fixed the issue.

Yes I agree something strange is up with Afrihost+Frogfoot. I woke up with no Internet, while the ONT lights were all good. Replugged my router and tested again. Saw that I now sit behind a CG-NAT.

What's involved - cost/s and anything else of relevance - in a Frogfoot FNO fibre migration from say, Axxess to Afrihost ?

Hi.

There is no reconnection fee. From our sign-up R5000 promotion, we will cover the activation fee. Cancellation with your ISP needs to be requested in time and there will be downtime experienced.
