How peeps, what information can I provide to support an investigation into packet loss.

I am visiting my mom, and her openserve line seems terrible expecially in the evenings.

Usually I would plug my ethernet cable in and do a ping for a few hours to provide a baseline.

Hi.

Yes, ping and trace route results to different servers.
 
Anyone else finding Apple Music to be extremely laggy today? At times getting error message saying the resource is not available. Or the takes quite a bit of time to buffer

Are you using AH's DNS servers? Open to correction, but you don't seem to be fetching from the ZA Apple caches from those results.

For reference mine returns: "who":"zaisd1-edge-bx-002"

Apple uses eDNS. Make sure you use DNS that sends the subnet info or you get redirected to off network caches.

When I can get my Raspberry Pi powered up via DC UPS, then I'll look into setting up Adguard at a later stage.

Yeah I saw this morning at ~7:30 it switched over.
