Please try and have IPv6 enabled on your router.
Traffic should be stable on ipv6
Twitter working again, things seem to have picked back up for now. But ye I also have issues and have to switch to mobile afrihost data and then it works fine, been like that for a couple weeks now, just have been a little hectic here so haven't been able to do those tests Afrigirl, will do when time permits. But for now, at least things seem to be streaming and twitter working again... here's hoping I'm not jinxing it.

NAP JHB Peering went down at 03:05am to 06:17am this morning. As a result of the outage some major content delivery networks have withdrawn prefixes from NAP JHB and we are currently using transit to fetch this traffic from the closest point which is Europe. Some include Cloudflare, ByteDance (TikTok) and CDN77. We are hopeful they will re-announce these routes locally to us but for now clients will experience increased latency to these services until they do.

Airmobile backup using the same router works without a problem. Just the fiber that is giving this issues

Can't see the message but I found your account.
You have a public IP and it's dynamic so it should not be an issue. I did a few tests and can reach the site without any issues.
What router and DNS are you using?
Your dns, and Unify USG-3. Like I said, when i switch to backup port which is on Airmobile, everything works.
Also when using a VPN everything works
