If anyone can test would appreciate.

Vumatel. Still down.Hi
Which FNO?
Been fine today. Are you still facing issues?
Frogfoot has made a number of improvements and we are seeing good throughput on the NNI overall.
Hi.@Afrigirl @AfriNatic
I currently have Openserve fibre through Afrihost at my place. It has been stable for the last 3 years, however since the end of November I have been getting line drops, and very poor speeds between 17.00 and 22.00.
I've had a few calls with the call centre and they have done a port rest on multiple occasions. This is a temporary fix and the issue recurs.
I now suspect that it is the line ...
I am fortunate that I also have Vuma available at my address. Should I just order a Vuma connection and dump Openserve?
Unless there is another way of solving the issue?
How do I do that?Hi.
Let's log a fault with Openserve first and see if they can send out a tech to investigate.
How do I do that?
Every time I log a fault, they do a port reset. The line works, but drops intermittentol
Dropped you a PMPlease drop me a PM with your account number
So, after my post on Monday about the intermittent deteriorating speeds the following has happened:
1. Openserve technician came out to site yesterday and spend around an hour running various tests.
2. The line is perfect with no issues - good line stats.
3. He tested using the Afrihost account ... the results were inconsistent over several tests.
4. He suggest that I run an overnight test using a test account (he provided).
5. The overnight test was a success ... no issues at all. The test account expired this morning at 08.30.
6. I have switched back to the Afrihost login and immediately the speeds are inconsistent. I get about 80% of the line speed down and about 10% of the line speed up.
7. I am tired of logging an issue with Afrihost because they only do a port reset (which is temporary) and the whole procedure takes an hour of time each time.
@AfriGuy - is there anything else that can be done before I consider migrating my line away from Afrihost?
Same here. Terrible. Can't even do a speedtestHey @Afrigirl my openserve network is so slow I can't load pages or anything
Trying your WhatsApp channel it says on the website open till 8pm
WhatsApp channel says they offline
Why so useless
How must I get support now when lines are closed also
