Ridiculous.
Still not able to get a lease in JNB, are you using an Afrihost supplied router? they mentioned a backlog, but I haven't been able to get a lease since they switch MFN off this morning, @Afrihost Is MFN switched back on in JNB?

I've rebooted my router several times, it's been over 10 mins and still unable to solicit a lease from your server 169.1.1.19, my FNO is MFN is JNB, can you please assistWe have tested on various line and we are happy with DHCP working now. There is a bit of of a delay in lease allocations but we see a lease allocated in about 2 to 3 minutes after the router is rebooted.
Keep getting a notification to activate my fibre but OTP doesn't always come through
What action is required from our end, I rebooted my router and still not getting a lease, I am in JNB with MFN as your upstream provider, I have no leases on my wan4 and wan6 interfacesThe issues are resolved now. We made some emergency changes to our DHCP system to mitigate the impact of a rather large broadcast storm that caused a significant backlog.
Apologies for the issues experienced today. Definitely not the kind of service we want to provide. We will have internal discussions this week to see what we can do to prevent this from happening again.
