Afrihost - Pure Fibre Feedback Thread Part 2

Are there issues with the afrihost twitch content server?

For a while now we've been having random buffering. What was strange is we could switch to a different stream and it would be fine.

After looking at the advanced stats, it looks like the bandwidth on some streams was drastically lower than others... and when I dug into the content servers being used I found the following:

Streams with content served from this cdn were drastically slower, causing constant buffering on streams even at lowest quality:
9b8458abf197.chantenay.akamai.hls.ttvnw.net

Streams where content was instead served from the following cdn where perfectly smooth and had zero buffering at full quality.
919c2e654b58.j.cloudfront.hls.ttvnw.net

At the time of query, the IP address for chantenay was mapping to an IP that belongs to Afrihost's range, it is now pointing internationally, but is still buffering badly.

The cloudfront IP points to a US range and continues to play perfectly.

0d1f979f580c.chantenay.akamai.hls.ttvnw.net is also using afrihosts ip, 169.1.36.136.
This one appears to be flip flopping between allowing full bandwidth, and then suddenly back to restricted.

It's Akamai that is the issue, a few people have complained about it on multiple ISP's

Seems to have dropped about 5 times in the last 15 minutes and stabilized not fun restarting downloads after the third time
