Hi there, to clarify: on the Vumatel network, Vuma manages the DHCP. We only assign a static IP when we need to move a client off CGNAT, and there’s no extra cost.

So support is correct in saying we don’t offer static IPs as a standard service; it’s just a method we use internally when shifting a Vumatel client from a CGNAT address, subject to a public IP being available for static allocation.

Thanks, I dont think my IP does change much but they came and installed cameras and asked me to get a static IP.
