Yeah that’s true, is this device pulling an public IP from the 102.x prefix or 169.x prefix?A test from various lines around CPT all routing through 220.127.116.11 shows no loss on that router. The issue definitely not on that router. All or most of CPT would be going through this router if it was general issue there would be more reports.

It's a very complicated issue it seems. Line looks fine but anything out is lossy.
Interesting, so for the couple of users that’s having this odd issue, any packet that routes via 18.104.22.168 which I assume is a core router on AH network doesn’t end well.
