Afrihost - Pure Fibre Feedback Thread

Just got an SMS saying "Your Fibre change has been actioned and well keep you updated on the progress of your order". So I'm assuming it's been actioned with openserve?
 
Looks like mine has been actioned as well, getting 100/100 which meaaaans I was right and my router can't do 200 down :/

Openserve has already upgraded the lines. As soon as the orders are marked as complete our system will activate and you will get the correct speeds.

Don't suppose Afrihost still gives out free routers 9 months in? :P Just in case mine can't do the 200/100. Don't think I took the free one in the beginning either >.<

If you did not get a router from us with your initial signup you can get a new router from us :)

Any idea on how long it takes for them to mark it as complete? Not sure if you noticed, but I like free stuffs :P
 
I don't know what happened with mine, was on 50/25 now on 50/50. Rebooted ONT and modem, didn't help.:crying:

Hey,

Got some feedback that there seems like a slight delay with Openserve marking completed orders as complete. I'm pretty sure it will complete tonight but if not I will doing the manual completion tomorrow. :)

Dibs on the manual completion. CZ still says I'm on 100/50 :P

Nothing as yet this morning, still on 50/50. :)
