We are aware of a number of outages affecting clients.
Vuma Reach clients are experiencing downtime in CPT.
Octotel clients are experiencing downtime.
FrogFoot outage in Walmer in PE.
Please note that we are currently experiencing a very high chat and call back requests. This has increased wait times significantly. We are also experiencing a vey high number of support request via email.
We do apologise for the downtime and the delay in getting back to you. We are working hard to get back to everyone asap.
