It eventually started working again.
The performance is inconsistent.
I am having the same experience as the other poster.
I mostly notice these issues outside your working hours and it is too late to report it.
I think it returned to normal about 4am.View attachment 1184390

My son mentioned he was having issues gaming to overseas servers last night, and I have noticed the internet has been getting worse all morning. I reset the router and ONT, but every now and again internet seems to stop responding. That looks like it might be backhaul related.
Did the connection drop at all or just slowly gotten worse?
This doesn't feel normal , but I'm getting random ping spikes although I'm only using 10% of my line, Vuma Aerial 100/100
No packet loss

Sorry no Wi-Fi both 2.4 and 5
Okay let's rule out wifi issues by checking via Ethernet then if the issue goes away you can focus on wifi channel and bandwidth settings.
Ethernet is fine
I think its time a write a letter to the ISPA... reminds me of the 2015 BS with Afrihost...How is it that I have issues the entire weekend (well almost daily for months, with the exception of six days) and every time after you reply to my emails it magically resolves itself 5 minutes later without me having to change a thing on my side.
Give it a few hours and it is going to be up and down again.
I have access to a couple of other Octotel lines in the area with different ISP's and they do not have the same issues at the times I do.

And then after your email it resolves itself... same story as every other day.

It is crazy that I have to keep complaining to get my line sorted, and honestly it is starting to feel a bit intentional...
It is costing me a ton of time and money.

You know my issues isn't just now its been ongoing for months.Hi,
Apologies for the issues experienced.
We had a major outage in CPT for a couple of minutes affecting all clients in CPT and surrounding areas.
Service is busy restoring. We have the whole team monitoring the situation very closely.
You know my issues isn't just now its been ongoing for months.
You guys are also not updating your site for all outages which is BS.

Yes a fraction of the time.We do try our best to keep the notices up to date. We also SMS as many clients as we can as soon as an outage is detected.
We have added the notice for this evenings major event affecting clients in CPT and surrounding areas.

Let's really hope TTConnect can fix this issue very very soon. It's been 3 days of this.
