My Openserve connection died at midnight on the dot. I've rebooted my Xiaomi router a few times, and checked to make sure there aren't billing issues on the account, but nothing. Wtf.

Edit: some more restarts and it's back.

Hey @AfriNatic . I wanted some info for my neighbour.

She wants to get a connection up and running around the start of August, when would you suggest her to place an order through the portal? What would the turnaround time be for Openserve and Metrofibre, I know OS is really quick but how does Metrofibre compare? I'm hoping for it to be set up by the 1st of August and I can help her do her WiFi system before I emigrate.

You are probably looking at about a week installation time frame at most. I would say order a week prior and then you can schedule with the FNO accordingly.

Looks like Raslouw, Eldoraigne, Wierdapark,Hennopspark,The Reeds, Eco Park,Cluebview, Valhalla, Tachfield and Amberfield.

I'm waiting for a NF ref to be logged.

Got a similar query but i want to place an order now and have the installation scheduled for any day after tuesday next week. Is that possible with evotel?
 
FYI. I ordered fibre on a Monday morning through AH with Vuma Aerial. Installation of the fibre was done the next day and the router was also delivered the same day. Literally, 1 day wait for a new installation. Was gobsmacked.
This was at a site in east london.
