So apparently at the start of a new month there is new data links created and something went wrong with mine.

Apparently afrihost is aware of it.

The AX3 automatically completes the setup when I factory reset the router with the ethernet cable connected in the correct ports and it doesn't give me an option to configure the router for Extender Mode.

Hi,

You can select Ap Mode from the internet access drop down under WAN settings. This is extender mode.

Dear Johnny, I mean Afrihost, please be advised I will be looking for another provider.
I have changed the 2.4 channel on my Huawei AX3 multiple times through each of the options (1, 6, 11, Auto) , rebooted my ONT and router (4 minutes power down for the ONT, as normally requested by tech support, then waiting for another 2.5 minutes for a green light on the router) and I'm still getting a faster upload speed (0.76 vs 0.27) on my Smart TV.

Anyone else experiencing speed loss on DL/ULs on Vumatel lines, few of us in EL are.

Apologies for the late reply.

I checked the history and don't see any notices. Might have been an issue with the backhaul for the Pop.

This just makes it worse? Turning on Bridge (AP) completely changes the IP address of the router to a different one, connecting to the Wifi of the AX3 does not give me internet access at all.

So this keeps the AX3 with the default IP 192.168.3.1 and will allow the DNS and Ipv6 to correctly pass through to your other devices and allocate IP's from the Vuma Reach ONT.

It doesn't keep the AX3 with the default IP. I can't access my router with 192.168.3.1. It does not work at all, I do not get internet access at all with WiFi on the AX3.

Please do a speedtest using the speedtest.net app and a trace route to 1.1.1.1 and drop me a pm so I can log it for you with Openserve.

Cool so both Xbox and desktop are connected to the same switch which then connects to the router.

My PM's don't work (you have to PM me first) so I'll just put them here:
