We most certainly don't throttle any of our accounts :)
While shaping is done dynamically, it only ever affects non-realtime services. Your browsing, streaming etc stays untouched.

^^ completely agree.
@the_zombielord, Afrihost do not throttle. They shape the network when its busy but it appears you don't understand the difference between shaping and throttling...oh well...
