Every 2 - 3 months, we sit with the same issue, between certian times of the day, our network seems to be congested, the line speed drops to 7Mb keeping in mind i am paying for a 500mb line, the fastest one available to me, this has been for 6 days we have been complaining, only to recieve an email now, that they will try trouble shoot the issue for me tonight, if the problem persists (ITS BEEN 6 DAYS) chances are this wont be sorted out before the long weekend, this is affecting my partners livelyhood as she works from home, and also in those hours most nights,
In the begining of my experience with Afrihost, i recomended them to majority of people i spoke to regarding the matter, now i almost have the same taste for them as i do Mweb, how does this happen? how do you let the service to customers slide this badly?
I am not bothered whether this issue sits with openserve, or afrihost, i pay for a service, right now i am recieving 5% of my line speed and no service, with ZERO compensation, how have we gotten to a level of this service without someone just being able to go the extra mile and do something?
