Afrihost sucks soooo bad

My adsl line has been down from the 12th of October 2014. Despite numerous calls, all I get is it has been escalated.

Clearly this is not working.


The 'home of pure internet joy' is vacant.

I was caller number number 31 until I hung up.

Telkom's problem but you blame AH?
 
I have no issues with Afrihost that a support ticket etc couldn't resolve.
This OP is just basically just looking for attention.

First try RESOLVE before running.

If you don't feel like waiting, do what I do, I request a call back and get one.
 
Well, I have not had reason to be annoyed with Afrihost ADSL or Mobile, and I been with them for many years. Sorry about your issues.
