Wow... Your sync looks terrible on the exchange side of things? You might want to get telkom/AfriGuy to look at that - it states it's syncing at less than 0.5mbps

Seems my Downstream synch is lower than it should be.
Seems like your exchange isn't syncing properly - check you have filters on your phones, fax machines and alarms etc...
Port reset and no difference whatsoever...

I have a question...
I'm a 1 meg uncapped user. Once I hit 27 gigs of usage, I was hit with Shaping.
Now when I look at the leaderboard, I see some 1 meg accounts hit way over 200 gigs.
I don't understand how that is possible? I assume it's because afrihost picks up that I'm using P2P, and that those users on top of the leaderboards aren't?

Possibly he is using youtube 24/7
Or he is just constantly downloading, irrespective of whether he is shaped or not.

I should type up a template and save it somewhere for these questions 
Shaping has nothing to do with how much or what YOU as a person downloads. When the network is put under pressure shaping will apply to everyone irrespective of usage

I think it's different with myself, and most likely a lot of others who download via P2P (I guess).
For two days the shaping has been pretty consistant.
Shaping gradually lifts from 7PM onwards, and in the early monrning, it's back with full force.

It's dependant on the network load, and not everything that uses data is shaped
Streaming, VoIP etc can also use a fair amount of data.
It's also dependant on how busy the network is. Some days we hardly shape at all, other days we will shape.

The leaderboard is usage clocked up over the last 30 days. How some guys manage almost 2TB still makes me dizzy.
