Thanks. I already had a support agent call me a week ago but at the time I was swamped with work and couldn't spare time to run tests, etc.

I am having strange bandwidth issues (inconsistent throughput) with both at home and at the office with AH accounts. I already pm'd you my details last week I think, I'll quickly send you account details again.

Might I add, absolutely FLAWLESS rebundle process. Very impressed! :D

No-one comes close to their clientzone and the functionality it provides! Pity I don't agree with their MTN shaping policy (you get punished for nothing) and much preferred the "full speed up-to-a-point" IS policy (you get punished only after being a naughty boy).

The only logical theory to deduce from this evidence is:

Yes, you claim "unshaped" which means all traffic is treated equal, but, there is no mention of contention ratios, which is plain as day as to what is happening here.

You get what you pay for I guess.

I'm not saying it's bad, it's just that one has to take it with a pinch of salt (good with the bad) when looking at the big picture (awesome clientzone/pricing) and accept that.

After switching to the capped bundle from an uncapped bundle, I received another Invoice. (I had already received the invoice for my uncapped bundle earlier.)

Will I be double billed for this? :/

I doubt it.

You merely received the second invoice because you were switched to a different system and that systems billing is picking it up. Come the 1st when your debit/payment will be processed it should still only be processed once :)

is there something wrong somewhere? Since last Saturday I can't hold a connection for more than two hours and then it just suddenly bombs out?! Literally disconnecting within every two hours and I have to restart the router to get it to connect again :(

The secondary invoice may just be for the new service, drop me a PM with your account info and I'll double check for you though :)

My internet is completely dead. Rebooted the router several times to no avail. It reports that it is connected. I don't even have local access.

change your dns to
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

that solved it, i think the dns servers are f.....

Hi guys

Sorry about the issues here, looks like we're experiencing some issues with our DNS servers. Google DNS will work though :)

OpenDNS will also work.
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

Our team are working hard to have this sorted out quickly.

Hi afriguy, will this effect sending emails as well cause I cant send emails or receive even with the google dns

It will, all internet related activity that needs a hostname lookup will most likely fail.
Not quite sure why it would be failing while your router is configured with Google DNS, perhaps you can try OpenDNS and try again?

Otherwise I'm sure our team will have this fixed ASAP.
