Also having issues on my Business account, no one seems to respond to posts on the forums, no activity from any rep since 08h15 (19/07/2013)? Now I am not at my office so I cannot do any tests again until this evening. Most frustrating!!

I'm having much the same. After about 19:00 until 22:00 or so, my ping is erratic and unusable for gaming. This is on two separate lines, one in Cape Town and one in Stellenbosch, both with Afrihost. Switching to FNB Connect sometimes helps, but not always. Have turned off all wireless and making sure my PC is the only one on the network and no other downloads or uploads happening.

I agree that it looks like exchange congestion - I've been a victim before more than once in Stellenbosch - but others in the thread dealing with that are not having the same problems as me. Then there's also the problem that it's also occurring 60+km away in Cape Town. Afrihost is the ISP for both connections, and Telkom says there are no indications of congestion in Stellenbosch currently, so I don't know what gives.Hey! You have some Nirv posting here. Lol, just joking. Looks like congestion on the exchange. I know for sure that Stellenbosch has congestion during peak hours, not sure about Cape Town.
