Hey Guys

I know we're seeing latency increases in the East. We're busy working on this and we're seeing an improvement in throughput. Can I ask that you hang in there for a bit, but please keep posting traceroutes so we can monitor if the latency is being addressed.

We are definitely looking into this and we have senior engineers on site right now.

The network is very quiet at the moment - especially in the South. I would say that's a line fault or pretty horrible congestion. Local is probably gonna look just as bad on the 2nd hop
