The network is very quiet at the moment - especially in the South. I would say that's a line fault or pretty horrible congestion. Local is probably gonna look just as bad on the 2nd hop :(

Confirmed, every second week this happens, even worse now with the school holidays and long weekend, although international seems particularly slow for some reason. If only chicks went down on me as often as Telkom does.
