How will it be indicated once my line has been moved back to Telkom?

My cancellation has already been submitted. Will I receive a mail, sms, notification in clientzone, what?

Our system should update the Line Status in the Clientzone, you should also receive an update from us once the actual order has been closed.

weekend again and there goes the latency ........... swear it's like 1 step forward with these guys and 193 steps back.

Methinks you need to dip into that advertising budget and pay some bloody techs/reps to be around on the weekend. ClientZone unbelievably still down and shaping as it was at 4 in the bloody morning

It's possible that while ClientZone was down that bandwidth reports to the interlinked systems were not passed on, but as far as I know those were caught up within a matter of hours of ClientZone coming back up on Saturday Morning.

Sitting with shaped gaming and packetloss for a weekend with no one to even throw it at - sucks. And here's Monday, same problems ongoing.

So Youtube is working at like 200kbits on my Uncapped and full 3.6mbit on the capped free account. I assume your shaper is breaking the Google cache? Been happening since around Saturday at random times of the day (probably when shaper was in effect)

That's very odd :( I'm not sure if any changes have been made, could you PM me some comparison results?

Good job AH ........

Just thought I'd mention that one of your Clientzone Quiz questions is quite ambiguous.

I selected (A) because the Clientzone URL is in fact clientzone.afrihost.com. At least this is what I normally use. If I go to clientzone.co.za, my browser craps on me stating that the connection isn't secure. The reason is that clientzone.co.za is just a redirect and not the actual URL.

So in my opinion (A) is more correct than (C).

/rant over. :p

Only one of those actually loads the ClientZone directly... ;)

Seriously though, your Browser shouldn't be giving you any issues, as we've made sure that all the links are secure. Which browser are you using?

Well Clientzone.co.za doesn't load directly for me. Each time I go there I'm greeted with this message:
pr8uKfh.jpg

This Connection is Untrusted

You have asked Firefox to connect securely to clientzone.co.za, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.

Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.
What Should I Do?

If you usually connect to this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.

Technical Details:

clientzone.co.za uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided. The certificate is only valid for the following names: mojo.afrihost.com, support.afrihost.com, clientzone.afrihost.com, livechat.afrihost.com, api.afrihost.com, www.afrihost.com, afrihost.com (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)

I could add exception, but since my browser is configured to retain no personal data, if I close and reopen my browser, Im back at square one.

Edit: What is mojo.afrihost.com?

It seems that clientzone.co.za is not listed on that security certificate.
