A good thing that has come out of your feedback from our Leaderboard (which may not have been the intention) is that we did not intend for QoS to adversely affect HTTP downloads, especially when it comes to downloading vital stuff on this protocol. So thanks for the feedback, I know you guys have mentioned this, and at least now we can get this changed. We'll be allocating much higher priority on this protocol, so it should improve the overall uncapped experience.
The change should go live in a couple of days, after some testing, etc, and then let's hope it keeps running smoothly until our new IPC goes live. Still hoping to get an ETA on this before the end of the week, and will let you all know as soon as I do
