Afrihost Uncapped ADSL Feedback

I had YouTube issues last night as well. Speedtest.net still said 8Mbps but YouTube buffered like mad.
The YouTube speedtest said 6mbps. Confusing.

Latency: 534 ms

LOCAL

Download Speed: 1816 kbps (227 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 276 kbps (34.5 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 447 ms

last couple of evenings in CPT it drops considerably

This problem is not a Afrihost only issue, this is a Telkom/saix issue.
There is something seriously wrong , where the traffic leave the ISP IPC and travel on the saix network to the Exchange and dslam there are a major ****-up

This is just tested with a Telkom Capped Unshaped account, MYBB local server:
Throughput is ok-ish but it jumps drastically from below 1mbps too 5-7mbps

Same problem here, synced but cannot authenticate

Aye,cannot authenticate to Afrihost acc in Jhb,home and at work
 
Been trying for an hour to connect and nada. Getting PPPoE (PAP Authentication Failed).
Not my line as my OpenWeb account is connected no probs. OpenWeb will slow to a crawl in the next few hours though so I need my Afrihost back - pronto.

EDIT: Just tried again. Still nada. In Edenvale, Gauteng.
