You can cancel the product in ClientZone and then select the option to move your line back to Telkom (not cancel ADSL completely). Sorry that you've decided to move your line away from us :(

Well considering I have yet to receive a real answer to my international gaming issues I find it very hard to stay with AH and get a substandard international gaming experience.

To my knowledge we're not having auth issues at the moment. Will check with our team, but my tests are coming back as normal.

There are also over 30 exchanges currently experiencing issues all over SA, so it may affect the authentication sequence or data we receive from Telkom if you're in one of those areas. It's highly unpredictable during an outage, making troubleshooting impossible.

Hi Afriman

Is my account running via EASSy or is it being rerouted via another route because my international gaming is now exceptional.
215ms to LoL servers and pinging below 200ms to bbc.co.uk.
