How very mature of you, but you obviously failed to read that I explicitly stated 'HTTP'. Yes, it takes me more than an hour to download a 60MB file on a 2Mbps Afrihost account.

still the ping is higher than when we chnaged over and we have to wait for the IPC (Feb only), so yeah gamers in CPT and DBN screwed with 50-60ms

I'm still trying to finish downloading my digital copy, 2.6GB done in 2 days...
You obviously failed to read my reply was directed to torrents, and then you deliberately misquoted me to push your own agenda or were you feeling a bit left out of the conversation and wanted attention drawn to you? So you got what you asked for buddy.
Yeah, thats so crappy, that type of thing should be done in 3 or so hours. Using ubisofts client thing? (that sucks completely)
Maybe Afriman can work some magic and get those gaming ips unshapped/unthrottled?

Wow that is bad, thats like dialup speed!
I've been doing some speed tests thoughout the day, and I've found that normally it goes really fast to UK for half the test and the last bit it just dies to dialup speeds. Maybe they throttle it after a certain size?
Although a speed to test to UK now is yielding a constant(ish) 0.9Mb - still doesnt explain your crap dialup speeds...
