Nevermind, it seems my Internet is off for unknown reasons. Any outtages in Cape Town northern suburbs?
 
I've phoned Telkom, line is active and synced, it is an issue on your side, this happened almost immediately after I received an sms and email stating the account has not been paid, the sms, email and lady at accounts said my Internet will definitely not be suspended immediately, but it clearly has been.

I can confirm that your account is definitely not suspended. There is a grace period before the suspension takes affect. I've just reset your account, can you please restart your modem and then test the connection again.

I have a massive issue since late this morning. We are on a 4 Mb/s business uncapped premium account.
It's almost dead. I cannot even complete a Speedtest to London UK.

Hey Afrigenie, still no connection on my side, have reset router and really entered details just to be sure, no luck.

How does it work that on Monday when we followed up the line came on and then dead the next day again?

The fault is defintely still open, so it may have been part of the troubleshooting process. We've esclated this to the Service Manager and we're just waiting for feedback.
