So it is no longer looking to see if you have anything running that it can power on the non-essential side.
I've submitted a request for Sunsynk to add this functionality - being a basic IF statement:
If EXCESS SOLAR then USE EXCESS SOLAR TO POWER NON-ESSENTIALS
They could do through the timer as well, but would be a really nice option to have.
Suggest you ask Sunsnyk for this as well, as hopefully the more people request this, the higher up the priority list it goes... or so I hope!![]()

It would be tricky for sure, but they could meet the demand with grid first and get the demand value from the coil, then supply whatever panels can produce up to the demand with the remainder coming from grid. I think the difficulty is that the battery is a buffer and it's easier to just push up to a maximum into the batteries from solar until the battery is full... doing the same with non-essential demand is not so easy since you are not pushing any excess back into the grid.. or trying not to... and if your demand is greater than the panels produce, you need that number before you suppliment with grid.How would the inverter determine the availability of excess solar, given that panels can only produce what is drawn

Mine often goes to zeroCurrently lowest SoC is 40% , but yesterday total went down to 26% as there was a street outage for about 9 hours. I was running them 18-100 when I had one battery. 1st one installed in July 22 and the other in April 23
The new one is working reallly hard. As per pic, even when overall SoC was 26% , battery 1 never even reached it, battery 2 drained faster.
Don't know who to actually talk too to understand this behaviour. Wonder if Hubble techs will talk to guys on the street. View attachment 1547981
Had the exact same thoughts. Looks like spreadsheet until SunSynk (maybe) adds time-period based pricing option...1 July and electricity has gone up by 15.1%.
Problem is, if I enter the new municipal rate per KWH unit into my Sunsynk, then it applies that rate to all kwh produced since the system was installed and gives an inflated running total.
Is there anyway around this or do I now need to only rely on my spreadsheet which I have going alongside the app?
Have not had your problem, but your 87 unread grid disconnect notifications are seriously upsetting my OCD tendencies....I had a weird occurrence yesterday where my stats seemed to reset.
In and around 15h00 yesterday I was on roughly 15kWh produced, I was checking specifically for battery charge progress. Didn’t check for around 1.5 hours but when I opened the app there was 2.2kWh produced for the day, but other stats like load also seemed to have reset. The daily graph still looked good and the total generated in my HA card still showed the correct PV generated value, although other values seems to have followed Sunsynk.
The equipment tab on the app also seemed to still show the correct value.
Has anyone else experienced this?
