Alternative to VLC

Hi all,

Curious of any alternatives to VLC on Mac? There was an app I think @SauRoNZA recommended a year or two ago but lost it.
Is there anything else that you'd recommend?

That's out of date. 1.2 was released Feb last year which means it's only four months older than VLC. https://github.com/iina/iina/releases/tag/v1.2.0

Also, unlike VLC, IINA is a universal binary so it can take advantage of the M1 processors.

Well he's not really wrong though, the 1.2 release is just the M1 version of 1.1.2. Nevertheless, it's been working without issue for me.
