Will do - also waiting on that small billing ticket I opened with Kyle if you get a chance... it seemed pretty clear cut but I'm still waiting for a resolution.

Apologies for the slight delay.
The billing issue has been corrected and your account has been credited the overpaid amount. The invoice for February should display the correct hosting fee.

Can confirm - my bad there was no email notification for the response by Kyle.

EDIT: Microsoft just junked the email for some reason. Can confirm I received it at 2:04pm but was junked... Not ideal since everything else was inboxed correctly lol
