Hi there,
I'm looking to buy a gaming rig for the kids (and myself...) which is reasonably future proof.
There is a AMD Ryzen 5 system from Wootware which looks good (Gigabyte m/b), but currently out of stock (AMD shortage?) and if I recall correctly it was in the R20k range. Excl. delivery to P.E.
The alternative seems to be Incredible Connection with ASUS m/b at R22k. Not sure of delivery charges.
Question is, should I be concerned with the service from IC?
Based on limited research here it seems as though Wootware would be the recommended seller, but I'm not sure when stock will be available and at what price. (Will contact them to find out).
In the mean time I thought of asking about any reservations on IC?
PS. I've never built my own PC and based on some light calculations the saving by building self versus the risk of stuffing it up and the warranty from a builder I still think buying a complete build is the better option for me.
