Yea but their service levels are abysmal. Save R500, only to have to pay for shipping if something is faulty, then wait for them to attempt an RMA, then pay for shipping back to you?

Not to mention them devaluing replacement parts under warranty instead of simply replacing as a warranty should? Norafok, they're skelms.

Anybody have an email address for Wootware, not getting a reply using their contact / email system via website?

Small update: Been trying to contact Wootware through website, email & phone with no luck. Seems as though they are still closed for lockdown...

So back to Incredible Connection, their website states delivery within 14 working days.
Anybody have experience with ordering a build from them?
If so, was delivery within a reasonable time?

They're not closed, they're operating. Unless they have had some COVID case I'm not aware of or something. Strange that they're delayed, I had quick responses recently.

Wootware isn't closed, they ship to you. I had a GFX card shipped last week.
 
Telephone goes straight to voicemail with message about being closed due to lock down and asking you to use email address which I tried with no response yet.

Nah pull it man, just pull it. I've ordered twice from them this year both during lockdown and never been disappointed.

If I remember correctly, they will also check that they can in fact source everything before sending the invoice and banking details, so you don't have to worry about paying and then trying to fight for a refund.
